So many countries, so little time..
Since David stormed Coachella just two weeks ago (USA Today, the biggest news sheet in the States, said his performance was "most memorable" - alongside headliners Rage Against the Machine, Arctic Monkeys and Arcade Fire, no less!) he finished his debut American tour with a block-stopping party at Ruby Skye in San Francisco, flipped back to Paris for a photo shoot with Mondino, and has smashed festivals in Brazil and Argentina! The transatlantic tripping has to stop now though as the European summer tour starts this week. He's got about 10 nights off 'til October, so there are plenty of opportunities to catch him live this side of the planet. F*** Me Im Famous kicks off in Ibiza early June, he's all over France and appearing at most major Dance festivals - starting with Creamfields in Portugal on Saturday.
The UK's Radio One throws it's biggest live event of the year the next day (May 20th). Bands like Gossip, Scissor Sisters are joined by a select few DJs. David's playing with Mark Ronson, Zane Lowe & Pete Tong on the huge Dance Stage. If you cant make it to the North of England, you can catch David's set on The Essential Selection (Friday 27th) - or check it www.bbc.co.uk/radio1
Have you been hearing "Love Is Gone" in the clubs? The white-hot new single, with trademark magic vocals by Chris Willis is getting props from some of the worlds best jocks. We'd love to know what you think too. Drop us your thoughts through the forum or send David a message on Myspace.
It's taken from his third (stunning!) artist album, Pop Life, for Virgin Records. Produced with partner Joachim Garraud, it's set for a summer release and is classic Guetta, but taken to another level. Chris is the main vocalist, with JD Davis (The World Is Mine) back too. Plus there are guest vocals from the gorgeous Juliet (remember the Avalon remix?) and two brand new features from singers David's discovered.. Hear more here first..
